NOSE & TASTE
Characterful, intense and marked with floral nuances
and a hint of grass. Fresh and elegant on the palate
with balanced acidity and sapidity,
mineral aftertaste with good persistence.
Excellent as aperitif, goes well with soups
and white meat.
